Day-to-day operations and maintenance, extending the Repair and Repainting (R&R) project for the estate with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), formulating and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for encroachment, developing SOPs for daily operations for security and cleaners, and managing the R&R tender process and execution.
