Japanese Association Singapore

Our team provides comprehensive facilities management services to the Japanese Association Singapore (JAS). We are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the association’s facilities and supporting various events and activities.

In addition to our ongoing management duties, we have also successfully coordinated major renovation projects. These projects include the renovation of the Akane Japanese Restaurant and a full A&A (Alterations and Additions) works on level 3 of the building. Our team played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of these projects.

One of our most significant achievements has been the successful conversion of the entire building’s lighting system to LED. This project resulted in substantial energy savings of SGD 10,000 per month. Our team was instrumental in planning, executing, and overseeing this energy-efficient upgrade.
